We live in an innovation economy where we are constantly challenged to come up with something new and do something different. Innovation has evolved from a concept to a subject, a function, and a personal competence with jargon, methods and tools that must be mastered at several levels in the organization.

After many years of facilitating innovation work, it is our experience that companies and organizations have a significant untapped innovation potential. Most people know what innovation is and that it is the key to a justification in the future, but they lack the key to activating the creative potential in practice.
